Written in plain language so you can actually read it. It describes exactly what this platform does and does not do. It is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer about your own situation.

Educational use: All content is intended to inform. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold bitcoin or anything else. Your decisions are your own.
No custody, no wallet: This platform holds no bitcoin, connects no wallets, signs nothing and broadcasts nothing. All labs and simulations use fictional data. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Third-party data: Live network figures come from public explorers and a price source. We always show source and timestamp, and fall back to a secondary source or slightly older data during outages, but we cannot guarantee availability, accuracy or timeliness. These figures are never a basis for a financial decision.
Machine translation: English and Dutch are written by humans. French, German and Spanish are machine translated and unreviewed; where they differ, the English text governs.
Your account: You are responsible for your credentials and for what you post under your account. One account per person, minimum age 16 or older where your local law requires it.
Forum conduct: Content you post stays yours; you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this platform. Not allowed: knowingly spreading false information, spam, links to services that ask for keys, promoting yield promises, and requesting or publishing other people's personal data. We may remove contributions and end access for abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to game the points and tier system.
Availability: The platform is provided as is. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and progress, levels or badges may change when content or rules are updated.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the information on this platform, from inaccurate or delayed third-party data, or from your own handling of bitcoin.
Changes: These terms may change. The date above marks the current version; material changes are announced in the app.
